OUR PRESENTER:  

Dr. John M. Bell currently manages the international student program and is an adjunct faculty member at Wayland Baptist University’s San Antonio campus. John’s professional background includes 24 years as a behavioral science officer in the US Air Force, with military tours involving personnel research with the US and Canadian Forces, USAF Academy staff/faculty, Air Staff at the Pentagon, a squadron command, and Academic Dean at the DLIELC. Following his military retirement, he joined USAA as an instructor and manager of various leadership programs, roles that included coaching and mentoring managers at all levels. Retiring again last year, he recently joined Wayland fulltime is his present position. Outside work, John is active in his church and several community service organizations, but enjoys most his special role of granddad to several little ones nearby.
