Luncheon Policy: All meals are paid by our chamber according to a headcount submitted one week prior to the Luncheon based on our RSVP's. This invoice acts as your RSVP. In the occurrence you cannot attend, please send another representative in your place as your attendance is still accounted for. Cancellations must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event, otherwise you are still responsible for payment.
