Description
A program where Camp Gladiator combines fitness with nutrition tracking. If you're a CG FIT camper, you will have access to a registered dietitian, two body composition tests, two Fit Tests, an attendance challenge, the ability to track everything in the CG App, and of course a FREE t-shirt for completing CG Fit!
WHAT IS BODY COMPOSITION TESTING?
Body Composition is measured on an InBody machine, which tests your body fat percentage, weights, and skeletal muscle mass. A print out is provided so you can compare your test-in and test-out results easily. Comment below if you are in!
